John Walker brings a wealth of experience to the planning and property field having worked at Westminster City Council for over 34 years. As the Director of Planning he oversaw some of the largest and most controversial developments in the West End including the regeneration of Paddington and Victoria and redevelopment of the US Embassy on Grosvenor Square and the Old War Office. He is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, Major Developers Group, and the Architecture Club. John was also a lead member of the Planning Officers Society before he moved into the private sector in 2019.
John is an Executive Director at C|T Local where he gives clients strategic counsel and project oversight using his vast planning and development knowledge.
