Hana Loftus shares her time between the Greater Cambridge Shared Planning Service, where she leads on community participation in policy development, and architecture practice HAT Projects, where she is co-director.
She has recently led the development of eight new Village Design Guide SPDs co-created with village communities in Cambridgeshire undergoing rapid growth, and she is now leading the communications and public participation strategy for the Greater Cambridge Local Plan.
With HAT Projects, Hana has delivered a wide range of commissions including affordable workspace, housing developments in London and East Anglia, and cultural and community buildings. HAT’s current projects include a Place Plan for Jaywick Sands in Essex and a range of rural housing schemes.
